CRLite will have significant benefits against OCSP on mobile -- although we only fetch OCSP for EV on mobile [0]. To do this, we will have to also enable Intermediate Preloading on mobile (bug 1520297 ), which is the only significant impediment, although whatever means is used to carefully download intermediate PEMs will want to be applied to the filter data, too.

As a consequence of Bug 1750787, CRLite no longer depends on Intermediate Preloading. So this is no longer blocked on Bug 1520297.
