Details

The pref dom.disable_open_click_delay was introduced in bug 126224. There will
be no UI for this (bug 132031), and it is only a temporary solution until bug
159036 is fixed.

dom.disable_open_click_delay should be backed out (bug 126224 comment 67).

I'd suggest we wait with the actual backing out part until bug 159036 is (close
to being) fixed. A temporary solution is better than none at all. :)
Depends on: 159036
Blocks: popups
I think some people like the click-delay feature as an alternate method, so I
suggest we leave it, but I'll let the apps people, who own popup blocking, amke
the call. Reassigning.

see Bug 247017 for more problems with this pref and popup whitelists
The pref is still used (now changed by Bug 252326). So I suggest we leave it.

If you can confirm that the report doesn't apply to current SeaMonkey 2.x nightly builds, please set it to the appropriate RESOLVED state (WORKSFORME, INVALID, WONTFIX, or similar).
