Steps to reproduce:

1. Bookmark a site with ctrl+d
2. In the opened bookmark details box click on Folder/Choose
3. Click on the "New Folder" button

Actual results:

You get a "New Folder" and you cannot type in the name for it. The result is a "New Folder" that can be renamed only in the bookmark manager.

Expected results:

You should get a New Folder with the label waiting for user input for the name of the folder.

Yes, the same happens in Safe Mode too. I have downgraded to 71 and it works as expected. I get back to 72.0.1, I create a new profile and the problem is there again.

Attached an animated recording of creating a Bookmark folder in FF 72.0.1.
When you click on new folder, the text input expires before you complete typing in.
Creating a second folder, gets timed out even faster. The third and on are impossible to type in a name for.

That's different from the initial STR, but it still works for me. It would be useful to know

1. If the issue occurs in the latest Nightly.
2. If yes, the exact regression range.

I have installed Nightly 74.0a1 (64bit, Windows 10) and the problem is not there. The creation of New Bookmark folders works as expected.
