Once https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1610416 is done, we'll be able to get a frame list from the server that includes frames that no longer exist, so we need to make sure that the new API frames are not treated like live frames. We also need to make sure that the async-ness of the frames is clearly indicated in the UI.
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1592432 already did some of this, but it geared the UI more toward async live stacks, and that doesn't work as well with captures stacks.

Jason said he's up for taking this particular patch the rest of the way, since he has already worked on the styling of the frame list pane for live stacks.
