Cutting and Pasting folders within the bookmark manager causes the cut folder to disappear instead of being moved

CTRL-B
Click the bookmarks menu
Create a folder TEST1
Create a folder TEST2
Create a new test bookmark in folder TEST2
Create a 2nd test bookmark in folder TEST2
Cut folder TEST2 and try to paste it into TEST1. Folder TEST2 disappears.
NOTE: dragging and dropping folders works as expected only cutting and pasting folders appears to not function correctly.

This is a known problem and will not be fixed for 2.49.x.
It is fixed in 2.53.1 beta 1. The final version will be release soon.
