Steps to reproduce:
- Open youtube
- Click on PiP button
- On PiP modal
- Icons not appearing
Actual results:
- The PiP modal window buttons icons not appearing.
Expected results:
Show the icons.

I am also unable to reproduce this. Can you run mozregression to find when this started failing? Using mozregression will also provide you with a clean profile during testing so we can make sure that no other setting changes may have caused this.
