Steps to reproduce:
Open Account Settings, select "Server Settings" and click the "Advanced..." button. Thunderbird version is 68.5.0.
Actual results:
Dialog is too small at the bottom, "OK" and "Cancel" buttons are partially outside the dialog window. The dialog cannot be resized.
Expected results:
Dialog window should be large enough to contain the entire content.

Seems even worse on trunk. (The dialog IS resizeable though, at least on linux)

It's because the string "Server supports folders that contain sub-folders and messages" is wrapped on two lines. With bug 1615417 this issue will be fixed.

Thanks Jim! We're not going to polish this for TB68 which is now obsolete, but it's fixed for TB78.
