Steps to reproduce:

In order to setup MFA, I received a link to register a MobilePass Token. However, with fission enabled the webpage just sits and spins, endlessly loading. With fission disabled, it launched the mobilepass program.

Going into the Firefox settings --> Applications and setting to MobilePass or to ask didn't help.

Similar to mailto:, mobilepass: should also function.
