Details
there is a reproducible situation involving QuickTime and tabs.
1. launch Navigator
2. visit http://www.apple.com/trailers/columbia/tripleX/high/high.html
3. wait for the plugin to begin loading.
4. Cmd-T to open a new tab.
the green preview screen will persist in your new tab, even if you load a new
page in the tab.

Reporter, what build were you using? You can get the Build ID from the left
bottom corner of the About Navigator screen.
Using 08-08 build, I was able to repro the problem, but only intermittently.
Switching back and forth between the two tabs *sometimes* causes the QT movie to
appear in the new tab.
bnesse: Looks like this is a dupe of bug 147902 - flash site has elements that
show through all tabs - which you fixed. Bug 156583 has been opened for QT
frame appearing across tabs, but this bug is more similar to 147902.

No, bug 147902 is about the movie/flash *playing* in the other tab. Bug 156583
is about stray frames being drawn during the process of switching the tab, which
is what this describes. duping...
