Steps to reproduce:
Communicate using email with people all over the world (>1 language) and using spell check.
Actual results:
Spell check language is fixed. So language needs to be changed several times a day.
Expected results:
Auto-detect language in set of installed dictionaties, based on message text typed so far. See functionality in Outlook 2007+ ('automatic language detection').

Well, there are add-ons that will automatically select a dictionary, like:

Other than that, it's bug 69687.
