The counter line at the top was displayed over the normal contents after pressing once the page down key. I've just got it once, I'm trying to reproduce but it'll be probably difficult to do so as it must be a very small time frame, between the redraw of the contents and the update of that counter area. Build 0808.

This happened to me even without scrolling at all (Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020806). This might be a dupe of bug 158244.
