There is a java applet counter of some sort on http://globalsecurity.org on the
top left of the lage. Occasionally this counter will show through other tabbed
pages when the http://globalsecurity.org is in the background.

the first if MacOS only, the second related to reizing...
I'm seeing similar behavior on Mac, first with java, now with RealPlayer over in
bug 162134. Can somebody here that can reproduce the bug have a look at the
attachment I made for that bug (attachment 96039 [details]) and see if this occurs on
Windows too?

You probably need to have tabs set to 'load links in the background' and 'middle
click or control click of links on a web page'.
The sample page doesn't seem to have the counter applet anymore - is there
another URL where this isn't working (on Windows).
