From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.1b) Gecko/20020721 BuildID: 2002072104 There is a java applet counter of some sort on http://globalsecurity.org on the top left of the lage. Occasionally this counter will show through other tabbed pages when the http://globalsecurity.org is in the background. Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
any way how to force that to happen?
bug 162134 seems to be a dup of this. Somewhat resemblant: bug 116766 Unable to reproduce on current CVS, linux.
the first if MacOS only, the second related to reizing...
I'm seeing similar behavior on Mac, first with java, now with RealPlayer over in bug 162134. Can somebody here that can reproduce the bug have a look at the attachment I made for that bug (attachment 96039 [details]) and see if this occurs on Windows too? http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=96039&action=view You probably need to have tabs set to 'load links in the background' and 'middle click or control click of links on a web page'.
The sample page doesn't seem to have the counter applet anymore - is there another URL where this isn't working (on Windows).
Duping, please reopen if you disagree that this is not a duplicate. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 162134 ***
