With the new RDM, the mobile viewport first jumps to the bottom right corner before it centers.

STR: Open RDM on any website and observe the viewport position
ER: RDM viewport opens in the center (or left aligned) position of the browser
AR: RDM viewport first jumps to the bottom right, then repositions itself

I thought this was a regression, so I ran mozregression on it and found this it's related to the pref-flip.

Thanks for filing! We have another bug meant to address this issue at Bug 1613677. But since this one has an STR, I'll resolve the other as a duplicate.
