Details

STR on Windows 10:

  1. Make sure you're on an up-to-date Nightly with bug 1607882 included
  2. Open the "See our community in action" video at https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contribute/
  3. Send it to a normal full screen (NOT from PiP mode) -- observe the time it takes to actually see the video full-screened
  4. Exit the full screen mode and enter PiP
  5. Double click the video to enter full screen -- observe the time it takes to actually see the video full-screened

ER:
The video should be displayed after the same time (~1 second?) it usually takes to display the video in normal full screen

AR:
It takes twice the time (~2 seconds?)
