The doorhanger menu would be easier to parse visually if the "Settings" section and the call to actions were a bit more separated.
Adding between 15 and 30 pixels of vertical white space might help.

I think I'm going to close this for now, as the design spec has more work there that would alleviate it. We might still need to revisit the look of it after all the work is done, especially as the browser.xhtml layout model makes vertical sizing somewhat difficult, with XULElements and platform-specific styles at play here.
