On the url given, the testpage changes the tr-background with the js-events
onmouseover/onmouseout.
Trying to select something using the mouse from the select-box within is not
possible (on *LINUX*) - the box is closed immediately.
This seems to be Linux-Specific as it works on the Win2k- and Mac OS X -
versions of Mozilla ( tried W2k with 1.0RC3 and Mac OS X with 1.1beta )

Bug occurs on 2002-08-13-04 trunk Linux
Bug does NOT occur on 2003-08-13-04 trunk Windows 2000.

sorry for the testcase problem. The Server crashed over the weekend ( some
weired kernel panic i have to investigate later ) but is back up und running,
thus the testpage should be back up. I'll attach it anyways...

thanks Arne! The behavior here is the same as bug 154670 (DOM event interferes
with dropdown menu). And the regression here is the same (between 2002051621
and 2002051721).
