Hi recently I've noticed that when on firefox the screen would occasionally tear whenever I would switch between tabs or minimize firefox and reopen it. How do I fix this issue?

Attached file about:support (deleted) —
Summary: Graphical corruption on Intel(R) HD Graphics 630 → Graphical corruption on Intel(R) HD Graphics 630 26.20.100.6859

I noticed this user also has the bad Nvidia driver installed:

Description: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
Vendor ID: 0x10de
Device ID: 0x1c8d
Driver Version: 26.21.14.4575

While about:support seems to indicated that GPU is not 'active' (I need to verify what that actually means) Just to eliminate variables, they should install a different driver version.

Yeah I think this is a dupe of bug 1625857. There is a hotfix from Nvidia: https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5009/track/AvMiwwriDv8S~eRBGvoe~yJl1Msq3y75Mv8S~zj~PP~b it would be good to know if this person can reproduce any issues after downloading the hotfix.
