It's permafailing. Is there a bug tracking to get it passing and to promote the task to tier 1?

it's supposed to remain tier 3.
it's to track the new test regression.
the currently failing tests are covered by https://github.com/mozilla-spidermonkey/jsparagus/issues/497
(and I've filed https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1640167 to reflect the change in m-c side)

luckily this is only on central, but every push is 1.5 hours of runtime and the sheriffs don't look at these.
can we get these fixed this week or turn off the tests on central? We shouldn't be running tests that are known to fail.

I should clarify the debug tests are permanently failing, the opt tests are passing (as of June 8th)

opt part is fixed by https://github.com/mozilla-spidermonkey/jsparagus/issues/497 and bug 1640167
I'll fix remaining in bug 1645792
