Hey Mathieu (sorry for another needinfo)

I just wanted to check before setting this up, we were looking to have a remote hosted file that Firefox could download around startup with very occasional updates, its ~1MB of JSON (https://gist.github.com/jwhitlock/7a38b0d745729aa3519ae6ae176c089f#file-regions_buffer-geojson)

Is RemoteSettings + attachments the best way to do this?

The JSON is served with gzip encoding, so it shouldn't be too much data to download.
