User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:75.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/75.0
Steps to reproduce:
Navigate to junk folder for Gmail IMAP account, delete all spam, the messages delete however a random number of blank mail headers remain in the message list, all with date 01.01.1970. Message body is still visible in email reading pane.
Actual results:
When deleting Junk mails only for some reason parts of the message seem to remain (see image). The only way to get rid of them is to delete, navigate out of the folder and they are sometimes gone, otherwise they must be deleted a second time.
Has been going on for a while and is really irritating though not serious. The issue does not seem to occur when using POP instead IMAP.
Expected results:
One would expect the mails to delete, with no remaining headers or message body visible though this is not the case. I only seem to get this issue with Gmail IMAP however, not for any other accounts so am thinking there is a possibility it has something to do with Gmail, not Thunderbird though wanted to bring it to your attention.
Once again not serious though irritating.
