Steps to reproduce:

I enable Firefox Sync on my personal laptop, my phone and my business laptop.
On my business laptop I disabled synchronizing Logins, open tabs, History and Bookmarks, because this are my personal stuff and I don't want to have it on my business laptop and vice versa. I just want to send websites to my buisiness laptop. That's all.

Actual results:

On all devices the synchronization was stopped.

Expected results:

It should be device depending what I want to synchronize.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
