Details

After loading a page, keyboard focus is supposed to be in content window, but sometimes keyboard focus seems to disappear or to be assigned to an inactive Mozilla window. Tested versions: 1.0, 1.1b and 2002-08-14-18-1.1 on X. To reproduce, it seems that it might require that your window manager doesn't focus on windows under mouse pointer. 1. Start Mozilla 2. Select an URL from bookmarks (with mouse) 3. Open a new window (press C-n) 4. Select an URL from bookmarks on just opened new window 5. Select an URL from bookmarks, now on the first window (and don't activate the first window separately!) 6. Focus is in the first window, and try to e.g. scroll page loaded to it by using keyboard. Scrolling shouldn't work (except maybe on second window). This actually doesn't happen in content window only, but also on URL bar (select URL bar instead of bookmark at 5. and try to move the cursor left or right), maybe elsewhere too... I couldn't reproduce this with WindowMaker on Debian Potato (0.60.something, I think), but on Debian Woody it "works" on WindowMaker (0.80.0 and 0.80.1 from unstable) and IceWM 1.0.9.2 at least (GTK 1.2.10).
