Back is usually the first item in the dropdown menu you get by holding the right
mouse-button. It doesn't appear in the menu, though, if the mouse happens to be
over a link or image. It's particularly confusing with images since in some
page designs it is difficult to find "clear space" or even to know whether a
given place on screen is inside an image. I would suggest that Back (and I
suppose, then, Forward, which I use less often from the mouse-menu) should
consistently be the first menu item. No matter where the mouse is on the page.

An ammendment: it does make sense to me now that things to do with images and
links come up *first* in those menus (I'm not sure what's best, but that's
certainly reasonable.) I do think Back should be available somewhere in the
menu, though.
