- start browser toolbox
ER: toolbox should start
AR: toolbox is blank (ultimately shows some timeout info)

Could this be a CSP issue similar to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1618546 ?

Disabling CSPs by setting security.csp.enable to false fixes the issue. Tracking the regression.

Tested with a build using the patches from Bug 1618546, they seem to fix the issue. Might be worth adding some CSP tests on DevTools side, but will close as duplicate for now.
