The only way to correct the handling for a specified mime/type is to use
reset in pref->helper Applications. This reset the file handling for all
mime/types. Very drastic for a simple mistake
Also here is also no way to see the settings.
I suggest to add some dialog in the prefs to show and modify theese settings
