We are trying to use that external metadata more rather than the in-tree ones, although I ought to manually copy over the in-tree ones again at some point.

Yeah, it's been mentioned a few times (and is in the summary comment in these auto-filed bugs), but I don't think anyone really uses it / knows it's there yet.

Looks like I'm using that metadata endpoint in the wrong way since one of the test labels got duplicated in the PR. I'll investigate that. Thanks for using it and feedback is always welcome (of course).
