Any build/taskcluster/releng sort of things related to Thunderbird 78 should depend on this bug somehow.

This includes but is not limited to: (based on my notes from 68, things are likely different now)

  • hg.mo work to set up new repos
  • In-tree Taskcluster changes
  • Out-of-tree Taskcluster (ci-configuration) changes
