Screenshot 1 (current): Access keys displayed on first matching lower-case characters
Access keys for To and Cc are currently displayed on the lower-case "t" of "to To" or the lower-case "c" of "Cc" respectively (see screenshot), which isn't a very intuitive position.
Access keys are case sensitive, i. e. they will display on a character with matching case where possible.
So we can polish "Move to To/Cc/Bcc" access key display and make them display in more logical positions, namely on the initial capitals of To/Cc/Bcc.

Using capital access keys will show them in a more logical position within the strings.
