STR:

  1. In about:config, enable the "browser.helperApps.showOpenOptionForPdfJS" pref
  2. Visit https://smallpdf.com/shared#pt=02fdd17c-5a41-4a2c-a381-e094422dca8d
  3. Make sure there are some tabs to the right of the smallpdf tab
  4. Click the "Download" button
  5. In the Unknown Content Type dialog, make sure the "Open in Firefox" optino is selected
  6. Click OK

Expected:
The new tab is opened immediately to the right of the smallpdf tab

Actual:
The new tab is opened at the end of the tabstrip.
