Details

Some images on web pages are not being displayed correctly by the browser.  Most
often the image contains what can only be best described as "noise" (like when
there is interference on a television picture).  As I scroll the image up and
down the page (and off and back on to it) the noise may change position on the
image, it may get worse or disappear.
