In bug 1002724, we added support for trying HTTPS on a server that rejects HTTP connections on port 80 while we're doing URL fixup. The tests in dom/test/browser/browser_fall_back_to_https.js
don't run on OS X because it relies on 127.0.0.2 (which is disabled on OS X by default).
We need to find another way to test bug 1002724 on Mac or enable 127.0.0.2. For example:
