Steps to reproduce
- Start Firefox
- Click hamburger menu
- Click Customize
- Tick Drag Space
- Exit Customize
Expected result
- No graphical issues can be seen in the tab bar
Actual result
- Vertical line appears in the left side of the first tab which reaches to the top of the page.

- First bad: 2018-12-11
- Last good: 2018-12-10

- Potential regressor: Not sure which is the regressor here, multiple bugs in the pushlog and could not go deeper with mozregression since this is a very old regression.
