We want to ship WebRender to more Win10 users in 79. We will ship to:
- Intel Gen 8, desktop and laptop, all screensizes
- Intel Gen 7.5, desktop, all screensizes

Is there anything to actually do in this bug? IIUC, comment 4 suggests that all the needed patches already landed in 79 during the Nightly cycle?
