It should also include "Open link in new tab", and be ordered the same as the browser context menu. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. View a mail message with a URL 2. Bookmark This Link | Copy Link Location (note change bars; order should be same as link context menu in browser.) Workaround: copy link, switch to browser, create new tab, paste link, go.
