mconnor had some thoughts on improvements we can make to the urlbar prefs UI that came up due to our recent addition of the form history / historical suggestions result type. We discussed them today at the search meeting. Summary:

• Move the address bar prefs in the privacy & security pane into the search pane so that they're all in one place
• Provide some way for users to toggle on and off different types of results and maybe even sort them relative to each other (design needed, taking into account the likelihood we'll be adding more result types in the future)
• Include form history / historical suggestions as one of the types that can be toggled/sorted
