This only seems to be used in the function checkForDirectoryListing() in suite/browser/navigator.js. That function seems to not be used anywhere, so I think just remove the function.

As nsIHTTPIndex and nsDirectoryViewer went away in Bug 833098, this function does nothing. Let's remove all code relating to nsIHTTPIndex whilst we are here.
