I believe so, on one computer.

I would strongly recommend that you switch that computer back to automatically managing the page file, and then see if you're still seeing this issue.

I did this because it was so slow swapping in and out of page file. Going to a fixed size did make it faster.

Um, why was this "resolved, incomplete"? Is there something else you need in order to fix this bug?

This was done many months ago. I thought I mentioned it here, but it must have been another bug.
