When leaving an SSL page for a regular page (logging out of PayPal), Mozilla is
showing the warning that there is mixed encrypted/unencrypted content when there
is not.
This is probably because the page is created with javascript, resolving as
duplicate of bug 177330 because it contains more information. Please reopen if
the page does not involve javascript.
