This link is no longer valid. We don't have engines on AMO anymore.
We need to remove this link.
FYI, Mint is doing something to remove your engines on every upgrade. You should talk to them about that.

Mike, I'm a little confused since we do have search engines on AMO, just the WebExtension ones. The existing link isn't perfect but for me you do get various search engines in the list.
I'm wondering if we should see if we can get AMO to do a more specific link or something that lists just WebExtensions with search engines.

This links points to a specific typeon AMO that doesn't exist anymore and the redirect doesn't have any engines at all (at least in en-US)
I think it's misleading because these aren't search engines, they are search tools.
Unless we're going to have AMO tag actual search engines, I don't think we can do this reliably.

After a brief discussion about it, I'd like to propose that we relabel the link to "Find more search tools". There are search engines in the results, but they are mixed together with other search extensions since we no longer make the distinction between the two on AMO. Also, we get a fair bit of traffic on AMO from that link, and about 30% of those visits lead to an install.
While we're at it, and if we go in this direction, I'd like the URL to be updated to use UTM params, so it's easier for us to measure its impact. This the URL I'm proposing: https://addons.mozilla.org/search-engines/?utm_source=firefox-browser&utm_medium=about-preferences&utm_content=search-tools-link
