  1. enable media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.video-toggle.always-show
  2. open https://mantou132.github.io/javascript-learn/stream.html
  3. click pip toggle button on video

Actual results:

No pip window opened

Expected results:

pip window opened

Yes - Picture-in-picture is disabled intentionally for MedisStream videos due to bug 1592539.
