i use severity 'enhancement' to say, that I'd like to have some change request. I know this feature from other email clients and it is very useful. Sometimes people send email to me with no subject or confusing texts. In order to find them again, I'd like to change the text in a kind that describes the content of the email in a better way. Mozilla won't let me do that now ;-)
