We need a Mozilla GitHub repo for our soft fork of libwebrtc. Nils transitioned one from his personal GitHub account. I'll look into how that is done.

Taking this bug over, I'm testing a GitHub repo with my personal account here: https://github.com/dminor/libwebrtc/. Once we're confident that approach will work, we can move it over to the Mozilla org.
Since the build system stuff is pulled in from a separate repo when building upstream libwebrtc, we'll also want a second repo to track our local modifications to the build system.

This is the script used to generate the mailbox file that was used to import the commits into Git. Since we shouldn't need this again, I'm not planning to add it to the tree, but I thought it would be a good idea for traceability to attach it here.
