Steps to reproduce:
In Thunderbird 80.0b1 open any email
Click Print email or ctrl print or open print preview
Actual results:
The system return a BLANK windows and we cannot print any email.
No workaround founded to print emails right now
Expected results:
System must show print preview and go for printout.

Thanks! Yes, toolkit broke this and I've provided a patch to fix this for TB.
