macOS Catalina in dark mode, Thunderbird not allow to use light theme in the composing mail window, so the main window of thunderbird is in light mode, not composing mail in dark mode.

Steps to reproduce:

I select dark mode in operating system

Actual results:

after that, I selected the light theme in thunderbird

Expected results:

The main window of thunderbird is in light mode, but the composing windows still in dark mode and is not posible to change it.

Summary: In macOS Catalina version 10.15.5 when the operating system is in dark mode, Thunderbird not allow to use light theme in the composing mail window, so the main window of thunderbird is in light mode, nut composing mail in dark mode. → macOS Catalina in dark mode, Thunderbird not allow to use light theme in the composing mail window, so the main window of thunderbird is in light mode, not composing mail in dark mode.

Bug 1638233 should fix this.
