This seems like an important issue to fix. Unfortunately :aleca is currently offline. I'd appreciate help with this bug from someone who has experience with Thunderbird theming/styling.
Magnus, do you know who could help?

This works in Daily, the panel is fully dark. I think bug 1638233 is needed, which sets the dark system theme pref, to fix this issue.
The OpenPGP Key Manager doesn't use the dark theme. I haven't converted it to be themeable because I don't know if it stays how it is. If it stays, I can make it themeable.

Thanks. I think we'll continue improving the manager, but for 78 it will not change significantly any more.
