User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/84.0.4147.125 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

open firefox. a tab is displayed even if it is only one.
opened preferences to switch it off.

Actual results:

no option to switch off tabs.

Expected results:

want to switch off tab. otherwise it looks like chromium, and i can use chromium then.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
