a:hover styles arent removed, or the cursor changed back from the hand, when the mouse is used to scroll down a page. i've been unable to test scripted DOM stuff. once the mouse is moved after that, everything's fine. from my limited programming experience, i would think that this is due to the mouse-wheel-scroll not prompting an "onmousemove" event (because the mouse pointer hasn't been moved) - when it should, as the mouse has moved relative to the content.
