notepad, cmd (until it decides the cursor is more interesting), tera term,
outlook express, explorer, ... all do this.
mozilla does nothing. the result is that some random space which somehow relates
to the cursor is selected as the focal point instead.
steps: focus a web page (not a text area)
ctrl-L, tab
alt-tab, alt-tab
expect magnifier to focus on top left corner of content area. (ignoring bidi
concerns.)

This seems to be okay on AIX.

Works okay on AIX pretty much means "okay with gnome-mag". Correct?

This is not a bug in Mozilla. We're firing the correct MSAA focus event. I don't
know why magnify.exe isn't using it. Nothing to fix in Mozilla.
