[RTL] When a scrollbar is present in new Print UI options sidebar, changing an option from a dropdown will cause the next clicked dropdowns to appear misaligned with their `select`

STR:

  1. Using Windows, latest Nightly, set intl.uidirection to 1 and restart
  2. Open any page and hit Ctrl+P
  3. Click "More Settings", make sure that now a scrollbar is present in the left panel (resize the browser accordingly if not)
  4. Change the destination to something else
  5. Click the "All" option under "Pages"
  6. See that the dropdown is misaligned, like in the attached screenshot
