TO REPEAT: 1. Start mozilla, open messenger (in Tasks menu). 2. Wait for the Netscape Netcenter commercial message to appear. 3. Click on one of the links. EXPECTED RESULTS: The link should be opened in a browser window. ACTUAL RESULTS: It is opened in the message area. VERSION & OS: Mozilla nightly build 1999-10-15-12-M11 on Windows 98 SE.
